My clients are seeking more than just coping skills; they want to feel grounded, safe in their own skin, and respected for who they truly are. I provide a space that is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and centered on honoring each client’s unique wiring and experiences. My areas of expertise include trauma, ADHD, women’s issues, anxiety, and depression. I use evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, IFS, CBT, and Family Systems Therapy to help clients process painful experiences, regulate emotions, and build self-understanding. My approach is person-centered and humanistic, meaning I view each person as inherently worthy, capable of growth, and the expert on their own life. Whether we're processing trauma, exploring neurodivergent identity, or building daily strategies, my goal is to walk alongside clients as they move toward healing and clarity.
